The Reefs Club in Bermuda is close to being completed with the first owners set to arrive on July 3rd.

A total of 19 residences featured in the shared ownership property with either 2 or 3 bedrooms.

All have unobstructed ocean views and private hot tubs on the verandas, while flat screen televisions and spa bathrooms will feature in them as well.

The resort features an infinity-edge pool as well as a rooftop putting green with Atlantic views and a high-tech fitness centre.

Owners will also be able to access 3 restaurants at the resort as well as the new La Serena Spa with 8 treatment rooms.

David Dodwell, president of the Reefs, said he was confident there will be increased interest in the club from visitors over the high season, with the economy starting to show indications of a recovery.

Construction of the club's villas began in November 2007 following years of planning.
