Fractional Summit USA has been launched and will take place at the InterContinental Hotel, Miami, from August 31st to September 1st this year.

Organisers, Fractional Life, said that the event will hope to attract some of the sharpest minds in the fractional real estate market and will discuss the future of the industry.

Developers and service providers considering entry into the fractional ownership sector will be encouraged to attend.

Speakers, group panels and presentations by experts from across the world will also be on offer.

Tracey Carter, conference and event manager, said that American fractional industry professionals had called for such a conference in the US similar to the Fractional Summit Europe.

Piers Brown, founder of Fractional Life, added that the US event promises to be an occasion that those taking part can be proud of.

February will see the Fractional Summit 2010 hitting the London Marriot Grosvenor Square, providing delegates with an insight into the future of the UK and European property market.
