Taylor Woodrow de Espana has joined forces with Fractional Ownership Consultancy (FOC) to provide fractional freehold ownership in 16 resorts across Spain.

A number of apartments will be on offer on a fractional basis and to begin with, FOC will implement its fractional ownership system in two Taylor Woodrow developments situated around the Los Arqueros Golf Course, which is 10 minutes from Marbella.

Chairman of FOC Les Milton says that people consider high-quality golfing an important factor when thinking about investing in a property overseas and that the stunning apartments will be appealing to the shrewdest golfers.

Los Arqueros Golf Course was the first course to be designed by Seve Ballesteros, who said that it is suitable for all kinds of players.

The new developments are also a brief drive from international airports in Malaga and Gibraltar.

FOC announced earlier this month that it is to sponsor Fractional Summit 2009, which is due to take place at the Hilton Metropole, London on April 23rd and 24th.
