Seasons Holidays has been celebrating a “first” on the fractional sales front. Every one of the 43 freehold fractional properties at its Forest Hills resort – set in a spectacular location overlooking the Estepona coastline just west of Marbella - has sold out in record time, and reportedly the first European fractional offering to sell out 100%. Split into 1/8th fractions, the one and two bed apartment shares were priced between £26,000 to £40,000.
Owners have full use of a variety of amenities including the onsite gym, steam room, games room, pool, sun terrace, whirlpool spa bath, a therapy suite, bar and restaurant (with evening entertainment) and the added convenience of wifi and internet access.
EASY ACCESS
Many of the properties were bought by Seasons Holidays timeshare members, keen to own shares in the new luxury resort and enjoy a taste of the fractional lifestyle. Just 4 km from the beach in a lovely hillside setting, and 6km from the vibrant town of Estepona, Forest Hills offers the luxury of privacy combined with easy access to almost everything, in an area where the Costa del Sol lifestyle meets nature.
As Marbella's “Golden Mile”(a stretch of coastline dotted with multi-million euro mansions owned by footballers, financiers, Saudi princes and celebrities) continues to expand westwards, Estepona lies at the far western end of this extended stretch, dubbed “The New Golden Mile” by locals.
"ONE OF THE FASTEST SELLING FRACTIONAL PRODUCTS"
Leslie McCann, Sales and Marketing Director says, "Forest Hills is undoubtedly one of the fastest-selling fractional products in recent months. We developed our unique fractional leaseback concept as a result of our extensive experience with our timeshare and freehold buy-to-let customers."
Luxury hotels, spas, and stylish boutique-and-café developments like Laguna Village are almost on the doorstep, and with fast motorway access to Sotogrande, tempting tax-free shopping in Gibraltar and the must-see jewel of the Atlantic Coast, Jerez, there's plenty to see and do nearby. Behind the resort is the breathtaking backdrop of the Sierra de Ronda mountains and, on a clear day there are views across to Morocco.
Connections are excellent: Malaga airport is a 45 minute drive, Marbella is 10 minutes away and Tangier, the northern-most tip of North Africa, is "just a hop across the water", an hour's ferry ride away.
